We believe the safety program at Conco Constructino is essential to the well being of our company, our employees and our clients. Conco has a comprehensive safety plan implemented for all employees and subcontractors. This safety plan is programmed into the employees at hiring, weekly toolbox talks, pre-construction meetings, bi-weekly job site progress meetings and monthly superintendent meetings. Safety is on the mids of Conco Construction employees to protect themselves, co-workers, the company and our clients. We also require all subcontractors to have a documented safety plan on file with our office and they they adhere to all of Conco's safety requirements. In addition, all of our jobsites are monitored by an independent saftey consultatn to ensure that they comply with or exceed all OSHA safety requirements.
